Hello! I’m Tracy Saunders, and I’m running for Mayor of Port Wentworth, GA. I’ve been a resident here since 2017, and an official homeowner for almost two years now.
Some things about me to get started: I’m 53, my husband and I have been together for more than 32 years, and we have 7ish children, and 9 grandchildren. I’ll tell that story another time. I have two college degrees, and 27 years of teaching experience.
I am not your typical politician. I’m here because I think I can make a positive difference in Port Wentworth, and because running for office is something I’ve always wanted to do.
I am not a perfect anything; but I am good at lots of things. I will do my best to answer your questions, respond to your concerns, and represent you in a professional and ethical manner.
